As hut warden and host I am pleased to welcome you to the Silvretta hut. Since June 2016, my team and I have been committed to fulfil the wishes of our guests. And who is your host? I was born and raised in Chur, the capital of the Grisons. After my apprenticeship as a carpenter I worked for many years in a timber construction company in Davos Wiesen. My outdoor hobbies, my enthusiasm for the mountains and my boyhood dream of being a host in a mountain hut made me become the hut keeper of the Silvretta hut. I am looking forward to numerous interesting encounters at 2341 m.a.s.l. Welcome!
